About Erik

I left the corporate world
to do the work I actually
believe in.

I spent years in banking and consulting across Paris, Vienna, Beijing, and Zurich. I performed well. I optimised everything. And underneath all of it, something wasn't moving.

Then in a short period, I lost my father, a relationship I thought would last, and an identity I had spent years building. For the first time, pushing didn't work. I went into the work — breathwork, somatic practice, nervous system training, ceremonial medicine. What I found changed everything.
