About Erik

I left the corporate world
to do the work I actually
believe in.

I spent years in banking and consulting across Paris, Vienna, Beijing, and Zurich. I performed well. I optimised everything. And underneath all of it, something wasn't moving.

Then in a short period, I lost my father, a relationship I thought would last, and an identity I had spent years building. For the first time, pushing didn't work. I went into the work, breathwork, somatic practice, nervous system training, ceremonial medicine. What I found changed everything.

"I have already tried therapy and it did not fix it."
Therapy works at the level of insight. This works at the level where the pattern actually lives: the body. They are not competing approaches. They are different floors of the same building. Most people who come here have done years of excellent therapy. That work made this work possible. But insight alone does not change a nervous system.
"I am not sure I believe in breathwork."
You do not have to. Your nervous system does not require your belief. It just requires your breath. The first session will show you more than anything I can say here.

I am a professional athlete. Performance has always been my world, but there was a layer I could not access alone, no matter how hard I trained. Erik lifts the curtain on the science simply and clearly, so it makes sense in the body, not just the head. We worked on a trauma from when I was 9 years old, something I had been carrying for decades without fully realising how much it still affected me.
