The 90-Day Reawakening  ·  1:1  ·  Somatic + Identity Work

Your nervous system
is either your greatest
obstacle, or your
greatest
ally.

The 90-Day Reawakening is a private, one-to-one program built on that idea. I work with people who understand their patterns and still repeat them. Real change doesn't happen in the mind. It happens in the body.

Subject line: “I saw your content, I'd love to know more.” Tell me one sentence about where you're at. I read and answer every email myself.

“The power to change was never missing. It was stored somewhere your mind couldn't reach.”

Sound familiar?

You've done the work in your head.
Your body never got the memo.

You take a week off. Day one and two, you actually relax. By day three you're already checking email “just for five minutes.”
You've done therapy, or coaching, or both. You can explain your patterns in detail. You still repeat them the moment things get tense.
You track everything, sleep, HRV, the protocols. The numbers are green. You still snap at the person you love most over something small.
From the outside, you've got it handled. Inside, you're one bad week away from the version of yourself you thought you'd already left behind.
You know exactly what you should do. Knowing hasn't been the problem for a while now.

A nervous system can run an old survival programme for years, quietly, without asking your permission. So can an identity still bracing for a crisis that's already over. No amount of insight touches a programme that lives below thought. Ninety days can finish what your mind already started.

How the 90 days move

Three phases.
One direction: back to yourself, permanently.

Not a curriculum you read. A sequence your nervous system and your identity move through together, one phase built on the one before it.

Phase One · Weeks 1–4

Come down from high alert

We start in the body, not the story. Breathwork and co-regulation bring your system out of chronic fight-or-flight, alongside safe release practices you can do on your own between sessions. We also name the pattern underneath it: the achievement, the crash, the rebound, on repeat.

The belief that shifts

“I'm broken.”

“My body is reacting. It was never betraying me.”

Phase Two · Weeks 5–9

Meet what you've been managing around

This is where the deep work happens, live, with me in the room. Rebirthing and parts work (IFS) let you meet the material your nervous system has been protecting you from. We also work the pattern underneath your old identity: what you've been chasing, and what you've been running from to chase it.

The belief that shifts

“I need to get back to who I was.”

“I'm becoming someone who doesn't need that old version of me to survive.”

Phase Three · Weeks 10–12

Build a life that doesn't require burning out

We turn what you've reclaimed into daily architecture: boundaries, a personal practice you'll actually keep, a somatic toolkit for the next hard week before it becomes the next hard year. You close the loop you opened in week one.

The belief that shifts

“My strength is never switching off.”

“My strength is knowing how to return to center, and I bring that into how I love people.”

About Erik

I left the corporate world
to do the work I actually
believe in.

I spent years in banking and consulting across Paris, Vienna, Beijing, and Zurich. I performed well. I optimised everything. And underneath all of it, something wasn't moving.

Then in a short period, I lost my father, a relationship I thought would last, and an identity I had spent years building. For the first time, pushing didn't work. I went into the work, breathwork, somatic practice, nervous system training, ceremonial medicine. What I found changed everything.

I don't guide people where I haven't already been.

The three phases of The 90-Day Reawakening aren't theory. They're the same sequence I walked myself, body first, identity second, life architecture last, in reverse of the order most people expect.

What happens next

Three steps. No funnel.

Most people don't reach out because they don't know what happens after they hit send. Here is exactly what happens.

01
You email me

I read it myself.

No assistant, no CRM sequence. I read what you send and I write back personally, usually within a couple of days.

02
We talk

Fifteen honest minutes.

If it looks like a fit, we get on a short call. I ask two or three real questions and tell you plainly whether this is the right depth for where you are right now.

03
You decide

No pressure, no pitch.

If it's a yes, I send you everything: structure, investment, start date. If it's not the right moment, I tell you that too, and mean it.

The Program

The 90-Day Reawakening

One offer. Built for one person at a time. If you've read this far, it's probably you.

Private  ·  1:1  ·  12 Weeks

Twelve weeks. One relationship. One arc.

One live 90-minute session a week, breathwork, somatic release, rebirthing, and parts work (IFS), moving through the three phases above. A short workbook and a private practice library hold the other six days. This isn't a course you consume. It's a relationship you're inside of for ninety days.

Weekly 90-min 1:1 sessionLive, not recorded. Twelve sessions across the three phases.
A workbook every weekTwo or three questions and a daily practice. Nothing to overthink.
A short audio practice libraryGuided tracks for the days we don't meet.
Live rebirthing and parts workThe deep sessions happen with me in the room, not alone.
Check-ins at weeks 4, 8 and 12A longer look at what's actually moving.
Direct access between sessionsYou're not carrying this alone for six days at a time.

“Despite years of therapy, meditation, and my own somatic practices, I was holding so much tension I was heading straight into burnout. Since then, I feel lighter. I am finally trusting my own pace instead of trying to keep up with the world.” Danielle M., Clinical psychologist

Before you move on

You might be thinking...

"I've already done therapy and it didn't fix it."
Therapy works largely at the level of insight. This works at the level where the pattern actually lives: your body, and the identity built around surviving what already happened. They're not competing. Most people who start this program arrive with years of good therapy behind them. That work is exactly what makes this work possible.
"I'm not sure I believe in breathwork or somatic work."
You don't need to believe in it before we start. Your nervous system doesn't require your belief, just your breath and ninety days of showing up. The first few sessions usually do more convincing than anything I could write here.
"Is this actually for me?"
If you've done the inner work, understand your patterns clearly, and still catch yourself reacting the same old way under real pressure, yes. The people who get the most from this aren't beginners. They're people who've already done a lot, and hit a ceiling they can't think their way past.
"What does this cost?"
I don't post a number here on purpose. The investment reflects the depth of the work and how few people I can hold in it at once. I'll walk you through it honestly in our first real conversation, once I understand where you're starting from.
"What if I email and it's not the right fit?"
Then I'll tell you directly, and point you somewhere more useful if I can. This only works when it's the right match on both sides. I'd rather say that in an email than waste ninety days of your life.

I work with a small number of people at this depth at any one time. If something here is landing, that's usually the moment to send the email, not wait for a better one.

The next step is simple

The part of you that kept reading this far
already knows something has to change.

Send the email. Subject line: “I saw your content, I'd love to know more.” It takes two minutes, costs nothing, and it's usually the moment things actually start moving.

Email me

No pitch. No obligation. Just an honest reply, from me.

In their own words.

Chiara's story on YouTube
I'm a professional dancer. In these years I had already done psychotherapy, yoga, meditation, but there was something coiled in my belly that I'd been carrying for years, without even knowing it was there, and that brought me to pause my career. Over six sessions with Erik we touched levels of depth I had never reached before. In one of those sessions I felt it unwind. I felt physically lighter. I didn't know I had that much power inside me.

Danielle's story on YouTube
I'm a clinical psychologist. Despite years of therapy, meditation, and my own somatic practices, I was holding so much tension that I was heading straight into burnout. In my session with Erik, his mix of softness and strength allowed me to drop into a deeply altered state and finally release the heavy burden I'd been carrying. Since then, I feel lighter. I am finally trusting my own pace instead of trying to keep up with the world.

I am a professional athlete. Performance has always been my world, but there was a layer I could not access alone, no matter how hard I trained. Erik lifts the curtain on the science simply and clearly, so it makes sense in the body, not just the head. We worked on a trauma from when I was 9 years old, something I had been carrying for decades without fully realising how much it still affected me. In our sessions, something shifted that years of training had never touched.
